God

The beauty of the Earth used to be revered by artists and attributed to God. Now those that claim to follow in those artists footsteps seek to denounce God at every turn. It's simply amazing how much absolute filth one can dig up after a few minutes seeking intellectual debate on the existence of God.

"His existence is illogical. Unexplainable. Unsanitary. Stupid. Science is disproving God every day" They cry.

Does science feel? Does it love? Can it explain the pain in your heart after a terrible ordeal? Can it heal the hatred and rage boiling inside you? Does it offer you peace in a world gone insane? I've not heard of science, nor anyone else for that matter offer me these things. Is it foolish that I accept them from some "invisible thing"?

Can you touch science? Or knowledge? Tell me, science exists doesn't it?
Where? I would like to hold science, hug science, have it embrace me. Since I can not do these things with God, why not something that the masses cling themselves to in a desperate attempt to separate themselves from an unseen deity that offers hope instead of laser surgery?

Why, in a world slowly devouring itself in its insatiable desire to destroy each other, would they seek to rip apart another piece of beauty?

This post is just a desperate plea for sanity that will go unanswered in a world that is slowly losing the morals it was built upon.

Why is it not enough for some? Why must they feel the need to shove their non-beliefs into my face? Are they not content with feeling superior to us believers?
Does this argument sound familiar? It was once used to justify the scorn of God and his followers.

Amusing isn't it?

Can you be a good person and not believe in a God?

Yes.

Are you?
