The Movie Theater

The theater is tucked in a niche on the corner of a street that has no cross streets. The block on which the movie house rests is a residential area except for that particular building. The strangest thing about it is that instead of being a traditional block, it's more like the turn of a maze. Something like:

///////////////////////////////////////////////////
/Building|THEATER|Building|Building|RESTAURANT

/| STREET STREET STREET STREET STREET
/|
/|------------ ______________________________
/|----S------|/////////////////////////////////////

/|----R------|/
/|----E------|/
/|----E------|/
/|----T------|/

Is it just me or is that a weird design for a streets?

Inside the theater is a ticket booth on the same counter as the snack bar. The employees are all huffy 19-year-old girls. The actual theater entrance is in the corner of the wall, where a tall black man in a bell hop uniform with a steady smile opens it up to those with tickets by way of velvet rope. The movie theater has three sections of seats, divided into about twenty rows. The screen itself is larger than most, but has a very clear view.

I've dreamed about this place twice, and both times have been absolutely weird.
The fact that I could describe it so vividly doesn't surprise seeing as how this place must play a role in my dreams somehow. I just wish I knew what it was...
